PRINTED CARDS

We strongly recommend that you order samples to get a touch and feel of the paper and printing before placing your final order with us. We do not accept any cancellations of orders and refund payments except in the following specific situations.

Scenario 1:

Cancellation before you give us a confirmation to print your cards – In such cases, if the order value exceeds Rs. 15,000, we will issue you a refund of the amount received from you after deducting Rs. 15,000. Note: Refunds can only be processed within 3 months of placing the order.

Scenario 2:

Cancellation after you give us a confirmation to print your cards - A refund isn’t possible at this stage. This is because our production team begins the process of printing immediately after your confirmation to have your cards printed.

DIGITAL/E-CARDS

We do not accept any cancellations of orders or issue refunds for digital / e-cards.

LIMITED LIABILITY

All cancellation requests for any order should be made by e-mail, clearly giving the order details. Any cancellation and refund shall be subject to the conditions above and limited to the monetary value of the payment received against that order after deduction of applicable bank charges for refunding the amount.
